What Is Your Tile & Grout Cleaning Process?

Step 1: Walkthrough & Examination

Everything starts with a walkthrough. We check each tiled room to make sure that there are no obstacles in our way, and that we have easy access through your building. This helps us to efficiently clean. Once done, we will bring in all the equipment and we are ready to start.

Step 2: Scrubbing

Before we pull out the steam cleaners, we will move from room to room and scrub the tiles and grout lines. We have various hard-bristled brushes that can remove most of the dirt before we bring in the heavy-duty cleaners.

Step 3: Dirt Extraction

This is the phase where you will see the most difference. We use our professional steam cleaners to remove the scrubbed dirt, and also to remove the dirt that we could not remove by hand. We will have the tiles sparkling, and get deep into the grout lines.

Step 4: Inspection

Once clean, it does not take long for the tiles to dry, and we will perform an inspection before we leave. If there are any areas that are not clean enough, we will go over them again, and we will not leave the area if you are not yet satisfied with the work.
