What Is Your Commercial Carpet Cleaning Process?

Step 1: Walkthrough

Before we get started, we will walk through your commercial property to ensure that we have a plan. We will go from room to room, looking for any potential problems, and ensuring that the floors are clear so that we can get to work quickly and get out of your way.

Step 2: Move Furniture

When there is furniture to move, we will take care of that for you. We will work with you to carefully move the furniture and temporarily store it in a place that is easy to access once we are done. We will also organize the furniture so that it can be replaced easily.

Step 3: Vacuum

Before we clean, we need to make sure that the floors are, well, clean, and that starts by vacuuming. If we try to steam clean carpets or floors with debris or other small objects, then we are not going to get the floor clean.

Step 4: Prep

Before we start the real cleaning, we will prep to make sure we can clean efficiently. We will prepare all of the equipment, have everything that we need at hand, heat the equipment, have a water source, plan our exit strategy, and have on all safety equipment.

Step 5: Cleaning

Moving from room to room, we will steam clean all the carpets (and any additional upholstery). We will do similar floor surfaces at the same time, starting in one corner of the room, and moving out to the exit. If needed, we will cover the same area again for extra deep cleaning.

Step 6: Grooming & Review

Once done, we will check the rooms to ensure that there has been nothing missed, and we will go over any areas that need more cleaning. We will remove all equipment and other cleaning items and ensure that the carpets are able to dry. We hope that you will also walk through the property to ensure that you are happy with the work.
